Technical Support

Addison Health Systems offers support packages that reflect your installation of WritePad™ and the modules you have chosen to customize your practice. We offer Classic and Unlimited Packages that offer a variety of enhancement and support terms designed to meet your practices needs.
Classic support is generally designed for advanced users who have worked with WritePad™ for years and may only need limited help with upgrades or new features. The Unlimited package offers the greatest value for new and experienced users, by allowing for a less restricted timeframe with technical support issues.

Online Training (Webinars)

The Addison Health Systems Tech department has implemented online training sessions for our clients that have an available high speed internet connection. Using the remote desktop technology available from GoToMeeting, we now host 'webinars' (online seminars) for topics that need to be taught frequently. Utilizing this technology allows us to better train your staff in a shorter amount of time; using techniques that combine verbal instruction, visual examples and 'do it yourself' capabilities.

Training Seminars and Consulting

Addison Health Systems offers Training Seminars in Addison (Dallas), TX. If you have implemented WritePad™ in your clinic, (even if your staff are using it comfortably), we invite you to learn more. Because WritePad™ is so easy to use, we find that many long-time users forget the advanced capabilities. Also, with newer releases continually in the works, a training seminar is a great way to learn about all of the new features included in an upgrade.
Off-site seminars are also available by request, and we will occasionally host a seminar during a medical conference or annual meeting of specific associations.

Implementation

The most effective way to quickly computerizing your clinic is to be organized. Continually under revision, our four part implementation proceedure helps your clinic plan the migration of your business into a paperless environment. Having a clear expectation of what the implementation process involves, and the time commitment your clinic will need to make, makes the final destination that much easier. That is the goal of our implementation program. It may not always be simple to computerize a clinic, but it will be worth it from a financial and efficiency standpoint.
